Program Overview
The Program is designed to reward our customers for their loyalty. When you make a purchase at our coffee shop(s), you will receive points based on the amount you spend. You can redeem these points for rewards such as free coffee, discounts on purchases, or other benefits that we may offer from time to time.
Eligibility
To participate in the Program, you must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid phone number.
Earning Points
You can earn points by making purchases at our coffee shop(s). For every dollar you spend, you will receive one point. Points are only awarded for purchases made through our coffee shop(s) including in-store, online, or through our app which result in a direct purchase from our coffee shop(s). Purchases made through third-parties, to include delivery services, may not be eligible to earn points. Points are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Redeeming Points
You can redeem your points for rewards at our coffee shop(s). The number of points required for each reward may vary and is subject to change at any time without notice. Points cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.
Program Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program at any time, without notice. We also reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time, without notice. In the event of Program termination, all unredeemed points will be forfeited.
Privacy
We value your privacy and will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent. By participating in the Program, you agree to our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen points, rewards, or Program-related materials. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from participation in the Program.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our coffee shop is located.
