This seasonal offering features coffee from South America’s most prominent origin: Brazil. American Oak is a bourbon-barrel coffee made with green coffee that has been soaked in freshly used bourbon barrels. The coffee absorbs the remaining flavor in the used oak barrel and is then roasted to a familiar medium level. This non-alcoholic selection offers tasting notes of cocoa, brown sugar, and bourbon and usually becomes available in October and lasts into February.
